Founder
Nathan has served more than 4,500 families in his 20 years practicing law. He founded Ziegler Estate Law Group to be the first elder firm in West Texas. He enjoys continually cultivating the know-how to provide cutting edge wealth protection and long-term care planning strategies.
Sharon J. Wright
Of Counsel
Sharon is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been practicing law in Texas since 2010. She is licensed to practice in both Texas and New Mexico.
Dave Wright
Attorney & Team Leader
Dave joined Ziegler Estate Law Group in 2021 . He manages the Wealth Protection Team and the workflow to produce comprehensive estate plans for our clients.

Attorney & Team Leader
Trey was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, where he became an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in History and Minors in Legal Studies and Political Science.

Pam Kelley
Paralegal
Pam has been a paralegal for 30 years, the last 5 with Ziegler Estate Law Group. She primarily manages the compilation of applications for Medicaid and VA benefits.
Heather Jones
Paralegal
Heather Jones joined Ziegler Estate Law Group as a Paralegal in December 2024. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
Cassandra Kelly
Trust Administration Paralegal and Client Accounts Manager
Cassandra Kelly joined the firm in 2021. After stating as a member of the Client Services Team, she is now assisting the firm’s attorneys with Trust Administration.

Laura joined Ziegler Estate Law Group in 2015. She plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of information from our clients to our legal teams to ensure that our attorneys are well-prepared to have productive consultations, and that our clients have the best possible experience.
Michelle Pauda
Care Navigator
Michelle is a licensed Social Worker. She brings our clients 20 years experience working with patients in all levels of long-term care and hospital discharge planning.
Amy Dowell
Client Services Specialist
Amy grew up in Amarillo, TX. She graduated from Harding University with a degree in Education and Spanish. She and her husband, Paul, spent 6 years working as missionaries in Lima, Peru before returning to Lubbock.
Carolyn Ball
Financial Manager
Financial Manager Carolyn Ball was raised in the Lake Cumberland region of Southern Kentucky. She and her husband, Jim, enjoy spending time with their eight grandchildren.
Sondra Ziegler
Executive Director
Sondra manages business operations for the firm including overseeing process and data management. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and enjoys providing educational seminars related to dementia and long-term care topics.
