Jennifer Gooden is an attorney at Ziegler Estate Law Group, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, wealth protection, and helping clients navigate the legal and financial considerations of the second half of life.
Jennifer works closely with individuals and families to develop customized estate plans that reflect their goals, preserve their assets, and provide long-term clarity for their loved ones. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced planning strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
In addition to traditional estate planning, Jennifer assists clients with planning for incapacity and long-term care, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions about the future. She approaches each matter with a focus on both technical precision and practical application—ensuring that estate plans are not only well-drafted, but also effective in real-world administration.
Jennifer is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her ability to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. She is committed to helping clients feel informed, prepared, and at ease about their future planning.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2020 and went on to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Wealth Management from Texas A&M School of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2021.
