- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta, feta, and half of the chopped basil. Mix well using an electric mixer or a spoon until smooth and well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch glass or ceramic pie pan.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the top.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the center is set and begins to puff up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes, or until just warm.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped basil over the top before serving.
